ANTHONY ABBAGNANO
A NOTE FROM ANTHONY
I'd like to come closer.
For years I've shared myself in large groups, and it often feels one-way. I reveal who I am and offer what I've been asked to share, yet I rarely hear back from you. At this stage of my life, that's no longer enough for me.
I've witnessed transformations beyond imaginable belief. Lives that were broken, made whole again. And somewhere in the building of it all, I found myself hidden behind the very structure I created. It's a pattern I know well: my whole life I've built things and placed them in front of me. This time, I'd like to shine in my own light, and closer to you.
So I'm emerging. Not as a teacher on a stage, but as a person you can actually reach: to walk the land with at ASHA, to share a tea with when I'm travelling, to sit with one to one. There's more time for us now, and that is exactly how I want to spend it.
We can make ourselves available for the miraculous.

Ways to meet
Ways to meet
Three doors to the same thing: presence, shared honestly, without the noise.
ONE TO ONE
A private session
Ninety minutes, shaped entirely around where you are right now. Mostly it's presence: I sit with you, and you slow down to the speed of a different awareness. Just us, and what's waiting underneath.

AT ASHA
Walk the land
Come to the community beneath a medieval village in southern Tuscany. We walk the coast, we ponder together, we breathe with the land. The slow, unhurried closeness that a screen can never hold.

ON YOUR STAGE
Keynotes & events
A talk that leaves a room quieter than it found it. I speak on breath, resilience, and the hero's journey, for gatherings and organisations ready to feel something true rather than merely hear it. Never the same talk twice.
