For over twenty years Anthony restored old stone buildings in Italy. These were castles and monasteries that had been patched, extended and walled in until nobody remembered what they were for. Restoration always begins with one question: what was this built to be? He asks the same question of you. Every soul arrives with an original design, a purpose it was shaped around. Then life happens. We put up walls to feel safe. We brick up the windows that let in too much. We add extensions for the people we were told to become. Each change made sense at the time. Together, they can become the cage we live in. Architecture of the Soul is not about knocking everything down. It is a slow, honest survey of your foundation: where your life still stands on it, and where it has drifted out of alignment. Through presence, breath and inquiry, Anthony helps you trace the pathway back to what was there before the walls. The key is usually at the bottom of the muddy pond, and it's rarely where you thought it was. You leave with a clear message to carry, and a foundation you can build on yourself. Often, one session is enough.
